A fan pulled out some cash and offered to buys Scott's shoes right off his feet!
Travis declined the offer.
Instead the "Highest In The Room" rapper turned around and gave the fan his coveted Cactus Jack “Fragment’ Jordan 1’s for FREE!
Safe to say he came up!
