Studies Show Your Home Is A Hotspot For COVID-19

In a study published Monday homes that have someone infected with the virus are more likely to be hotspots for virus transmission even if the community numbers are down.

It appears that spouses are at higher risk due to sleeping in the same room, prolonged contact, intimacy, etc., and the risk was higher if the family member showed symptoms.

The virus moves quickly as pointed out in the study that household members became infected within a week of having contact with the infected household member.

The study suggests to isolate yourself from your household member if you suspect the virus is present. Have you had to isolate from a family member but still live in the same house?
