Does this have to be banned so it doesn't happen?

An elementary school in France is officially banning parents from literally "throwing kids" over the gate when they're running late for school.

Instead, they advise them to come back at 10 am or 3 pm when gates are open; the gate closes at 8:30 am.

The school put up signs outside of the entrance to warn parents of the new rule.

The school's headteacher, Sanaa Meziane, and staff members have gotten tired of "irresponsible" parents.

Ms. Meziane told the Times, "Parents arriving after the bell were literally throwing their kids."

It doesn't happen often, but enough for signs to be posted around the school.
