A crash in Northern California became a scary situation when a car burst into flames while the driver was trapped inside.
The horrific moment was captured by an officer's body camera as he race to get the women out. Thankfully, the victim was rescued and taken to the nearest hospital. ABC 10 in Fresno, California also reports the women was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.
