New Covid Guidelines You Need To Know About That Make No Sense. Yes, WTF!?

Alright, here is what CDC had previously on their website for CDC Guidelines to Covid-19 testing “Testing is recommended for all close contacts of persons with SARS-CoV-2 infection. Because of the potential for asymptomatic and pre-symptomatic transmission, it is important that contacts of individuals with SARS-CoV-2 infection be quickly identified and tested.”

All I know, from the beginning if you had any contact with somebody you come to find out had Covid-19 you should get tested. That's what happend in my situation, I was called and told that someone I was around had it and I should get tested. They suggested to get tested but of course I was already going to get tested for my piece of mind. I can only imagine them calling me and saying "Someone tested positive but you don't have to go get tested because the CDC now says so" Yes, this is crazy. This is the new guideline directly from the CDC Website.

“If you have been in close contact (within 6 feet) of a person with a COVID-19 infection for at least 15 minutes but do not have symptoms, you do not necessarily need a test unless you are a vulnerable individual or your health care provider or State or local public health officials recommend you take one.”

First, we didn't have enough testing sites and now we have one available almost at every health care building. This isn't right, if you feel you need to go get tested then go do it. We now know that you aren't taking any test from someone because of the availability. Here is another one that has me mind blown, If you attended a public gathering with no mask, you don't need to get tested? WTF?
