Los Angeles’ Dream Center has been ground zero for meal donations since the Los Angeles County Unified School District closed on March 13th.Â
Chick-fil-A, Kanye West, Anthem Blue Cross and the Justin Turner Foundation have helped to donate over 300,000 or roughly 11,000 meals a day to students as well as people living in Watts and on Skid Row.Â
Dream Center co-founder, says Kanye’s donation expanded their reach to senior citizens who aren’t able to get out and are at higher risk of contracting Coronavirus.Â
