Now Beyoncé is giving us a deeper look into what went into her getting down to her goal weight by going on a full plant based diet.

According to Beyonce's website it says "22 Days Nutrition was created by Beyoncé's friend, trainer, exercise physiologist and New York Times Best Selling author, Marco Borges.
