Shocking Video Shows Babies Smoking Weed! [WATCH]

I couldn't believe what I was seeing! This video was uploaded on Facebook shows several young toddlers and even a baby being handed what seems to be a blunt of weed to smoke. Thank God the two women, Michaela Pearson and Candice Little have both been arrested and are each being charged with felony child abuse and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The children were taken to a local hospital where they are being treated. The women are being held on $150,000 bail and I hope these children are never under their care again. What are your thoughts about it?
