Tyler Wesley suffered a massive spinal cord injury in a car accident that paralyzed him from the shoulders down. Kanye sent him a custom pair of the Yeezy Boost 350 V2s in cream white.
"Thank you #KanyeWest & @adidasoriginals for the Custom "Cream White" Yeezy Boost 350 V2 🔥," Wesley wrote in an Instagram post of the shoes and the note from 'Ye.
